Brief description
The LN8K03A is a HVBUCK™ power switch with built-in MOS, an integrated 650V MOSFET, an output voltage of 18V, a maximum output current of 500mA, a maximum switching frequency of 42kHz to minimize system size, and a halogen-free, green standard DIP8 package.
