Brief description
The LN1F17 is a TruePSR™ MOS low-frequency power switch with an integrated 650V 4.3Ω MOSFET that delivers up to 10W of maximum output power at a maximum switching frequency of 70kHz to optimize system efficiency, and constant-voltage and constant-current output characteristics, with typical constant-voltage and constant-current accuracies of 5% and 5% respectively, in a halogen-free, green-standard SOP8 package.
