Brief description
The LN1F16 is a TruePSR™ MOS low-frequency power switch with an integrated 650V 7.5Ω MOSFET that delivers up to 5W of maximum output power at a maximum switching frequency of 70kHz to optimize system efficiency, and constant-voltage and constant-current output characteristics, with typical constant-voltage and constant-current accuracies of 5%, and a halogen-free, green-standard SOP8 package.
