Brief description
The LN1F19C is a TruePSR™ MOS low-frequency power switch with an integrated 650V 0.55Ω MOSFET that delivers up to 36W of maximum output power at a maximum switching frequency of 70kHz to optimize system efficiency, and constant voltage and constant current output characteristics with 5% typical constant voltage and 5% constant current accuracy in a halogen-free, green standard SOP8 package.
