Brief description
The LN1F18 is a TruePSR™ MOS low-frequency power switch with an integrated 650V 3.3Ω MOSFET, up to 12W of maximum output power, 70kHz maximum switching frequency to optimize system efficiency, and constant voltage/constant current output characteristics, with a typical constant voltage accuracy of 5%, constant current accuracy of 5%, and a halogen-free, green standard SOP8 package.
