Brief description
The LN8K19 is an internal MOS HVBUCK™ power switch with an integrated 650V MOSFET, 24V output voltage, 300mA maximum output current, 42kHz maximum switching frequency to minimize system size, and halogen-free green standard DIP8 and SOP8 packages.
