Brief description
The LN8K05A is a built-in BJT type HVBUCK™ power switch with an integrated 850V HVBJT, 5V output voltage, maximum output current up to 150mA, 50kHz maximum switching frequency to minimize system size, and halogen free green standard SOP6/DIP7 package.
