Brief description
The LN8K05B is a built-in BJT type HVBUCK™ power switch with an integrated 850V HVBJT, 12V output voltage, up to 250mA output current, 50kHz maximum switching frequency to minimize system size, and a halogen-free green standard SOP6/DIP7 package.
