Brief description
The LN3C61AF is a high performance SSR power switching controller designed for external GaNswitch™. It features 130kHz maximum switching frequency for minimum system size, constant current control on the primary side, output over-voltage protection, over-temperature protection, etc., and is available in a halogen-free, green standard SOP8 package.
