Brief description
The LN3C65AG is a CCM+QR mixed-mode SSR power switching controller designed to drive GaNswitch™ with 65~77kHz maximum switching frequency to optimize system conversion efficiency and Peakload mode control with input under-voltage protection, input over-voltage protection, output over-voltage protection, and internal and external over-temperature protection. Halogen free SOT23-6 package.
