Brief description
The LN3C61BF is a high performance SSR power switching controller designed for external GaNswitch™ with 130kHz maximum switching frequency to provide the smallest system size, constant current control on the primary side, output over-voltage protection, over-temperature protection, and other protections, and is available in a halogen-free, green standard SOP8 package.
