Brief description
The LN8K09 is a HVBUCK™ power switch with built-in MOS, an integrated 650V MOSFET, an output voltage of 18V, a maximum output current of 300mA, a maximum switching frequency of 42kHz to minimize system size, and is available in halogen-free, green standard DIP7 and SOP8 packages.
